Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our range via the illustrated buttons or the menu on the left of the page. Add any items that you wish to buy into "Your Order". After you have finished selecting items from the range, click on "View Order" in the Order Summary on the right hand side of the page and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
You will receive a "confirmation of order" email from us. This does not indicate that a contract exists between us. The contract will be formed at the time and place of despatch of the goods and accompanying invoice. As a result, any contract between us (and these Terms & Conditions) will be interpreted under the Laws of England and Wales. If we are unable to supply a particular product for some reason, or in the case of a change of price, we will always contact you. |
Shipping And Handling Orders for delivery within the UK and Republic of Ireland will be delivered carriage paid. Additional carriage will be charged for deliveries to other countries. We aim to deliver all orders within your specified delivery times and dates.
A small order handling charge of £7.50 (€12.00) will be added to all orders of less than £125 (€175) excluding VAT.
For orders delivered within the UK, VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 20%) will be added. All other orders (for delivery to addresses outside the UK) are VAT-free.
All invoices will be charged to your credit account with The Roberto Group Limited according to our usual terms, whereupon they will be due for payment within 30 days of invoice date. |

If for any reason you are unhappy with the item(s) you have ordered, you have the right to cancel. Please call our sales office on 01495 310798 to arrange return.
